Every job is, at its core, a set of tasks. When artificial intelligence absorbs the tasks, jobs change: some shrink, others reinvent themselves — and the most defining profession of the decade is born: the person who knows how to manage the work AI executes.
Traveszia is a school-company for that crossing: you join without paying anything, learn inside real work for NGOs, build a verified track record — and, once you graduate, you start being invited to paid projects.
How it works
Free entry, always
You never pay — in any form. The school sustains itself through the professional stage's work, not your pocket.
Stage 1 — Volunteer residency (8 weeks)
You manage an AI team producing real deliverables for an NGO: fundraising campaigns, donor base, communication, accountability. An AI mentor follows every deliverable, and nothing reaches the NGO without double review.
Graduation by record, not by opinion
Objective, public criteria, computed from your real history of accepted deliverables. Whoever doesn't graduate on time gets honest feedback — and a structured second chance.
Stage 2 — Paid work (being implemented)
Graduates join the invited group, project by project, for paid work from real clients — free to accept or decline, with no exclusivity. Important: this stage is still being implemented — it is the program's plan, not an income guarantee.
Residency schedule
Dedication of ~10 hours per week, 100% remote, with a weekly plan assembled by the platform. Across the cycle you conduct ~13 real deliverables — the same ones that count toward your graduation.
Curriculum: theory at the right moment, practice all the time
There is no class separate from the work: each concept arrives in the week you need it, and each deliverable type unlocks after a practical exercise — you prove you can evaluate before you manage.

Hands-on certificates: every deliverable is proof
Diplomas say what you studied. Traveszia's certificates show what you did: every accepted deliverable, every evaluation and every demonstrated skill is recorded by the platform that followed the work — and anyone can verify it online, deliverable by deliverable.

- For adults (18+): professionals in transition and students

🌱Digital Volunteer Service Certificate (48h)
- Traveszia Youth (14–17, with guardian authorization)
- 100% remote, school-compatible, with strict safeguards
- Volunteer hours recorded and certified — for you to present as community service hours
Real work, at no cost
Your NGO receives, at no cost, a supervised team that executes a defined menu of deliverables — and can leave the cycle with money raised and structure working.

Golden rule: money never passes through Traveszia — donations and campaigns land directly in the NGO's account. And nothing is published without your approval.

If you are an experienced professional — in communication, design, fundraising or management — and want to support people making the crossing, there is room to collaborate as a volunteer mentor: group sessions, a few hours a month, at your own pace. Optional, light and high-impact.
Who is behind this
Traveszia is an initiative of Orion Workers — Powered by Y Managers and Rifa Tech, products of the same company — Orion Gestão e Inteligência Artificial Ltda in Brazil, Y Managers Inc. in other countries — a relationship we declare openly, because transparency is a house rule. Day-to-day operations are run by Orion, the platform's AI manager, with human supervision and well-defined decision limits. The program's learnings will be shared transparently.
