Traveszia Program Rules

Written to be understood, not to confuse. If in doubt, write to info [arroba] ymanagers ponto com.

This is a faithful translation; the Portuguese regulation is the authoritative text.

1. What the program is

Traveszia is a school-company: participants ("students") learn to manage work executed by artificial intelligence by doing real work, first as volunteers in NGOs (Stage 1) and then, if graduated, in paid work for clients (Stage 2). The program is operated by AI with human supervision.

2. Free of charge — non-negotiable rule

The student never pays anything, under any circumstance: no tuition, no fee, no "materials", no charge for the certificate. Any charge in Traveszia's name is fraud — report it.

3. Stage 1 — volunteer residency

Lasts up to 8 weeks, with a suggested dedication of ~10 hours per week, 100% remote. The volunteer work is provided directly to the NGO, with an adhesion agreement signed between student and NGO (modeled on Brazilian Law 9.608/1998), with no employment relationship with the NGO or with Traveszia. No Stage 1 work generates revenue for Traveszia.

4. Graduation — by record, not by opinion

Graduation is decided by objective criteria, computed automatically from the record registered on the platform. Reference criteria: at least 12 deliverables accepted by the NGO; a minimum average rating of 4.0 (5-point scale); no conduct incident; and a final project (a complete campaign conducted by the student). Exact values may be calibrated up to the start of each cohort — the ones published at your cohort's start apply, and they don't change during it.

5. Second chance

Whoever doesn't graduate on time receives honest, detailed feedback and may return once, in a later cohort, with the full period and the same criteria. Between attempts there is no real work — only simulated practice with the AI mentor.

6. Stage 2 — paid work

Graduates start being invited, project by project, to paid work from real clients, as independent professionals: with their own contract, freedom to accept or decline any invitation, no exclusivity and no minimum-volume promise. Traveszia does not promise income — it promises the path and the criteria. Transparency: Stage 2 is being implemented; in the first cohorts, paid invitations are a planned possibility, not a certainty.

7. Certificates

Issued automatically when the criteria are met, with a unique identifier and a public verification page (orionworkers.com/traveszia/verificar). Certificates don't expire and are never charged for.

8. Conduct and dismissal

We expect respect toward NGOs, colleagues and mentors, and confidentiality about NGO data. The student may leave at any time, at no cost. Traveszia may dismiss for conduct violations, with clear communication of the reason.

9. Traveszia Youth (14–17)

The track for adolescents is exclusively voluntary, 100% remote, with guardian authorization, reduced hours, strict communication protections and no connection whatsoever to paid activities.

10. Image and testimonials

Participating never requires giving up your image or a testimonial. Any use of image depends on separate, specific and revocable authorization — declining affects nothing in participation, evaluation or certification.

11. Changes

These rules may be updated between cohorts. Changes never apply retroactively to cohorts in progress and are published on this page, with a date.
